I’ve been buying these crackling candles for years. I’m thrilled to see them hitting the shelves in a variety of stores (i.e. Homegoods, Target)!!

An underrated aspect? They make noises as they burn, therefore, it’s easier to remember to blow them out! Bonus points for fire safety!

I am near-sighted; I have always been jealous of far-sighted people and their easy access to reading glasses at basically any store. I thought I had hit the jackpot with inexpensive glasses when I found Warby Parker, but then I found EyeBuyDirect.

I kid you not, I bought FIVE PAIRS of glasses for under $100, prescription included. There are options to affordably add digital screen protection lenses.  AND THEY HAVE SUNGLASSES. REVOLUTIONARY!!

$5-$100

119 Crimes Wine

wine

The second the temperature drops, I switch out my rosé for red wine.
This is my wintertime GO-TO! It’s mild, inexpensive, and always a crowd-pleaser! Check out their interesting story below:

“Nineteen crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction British rogues guilty of a least one of the 19 crimes were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This punishment by “transportation” began in 1783 and many of the lawless died at sea. For the rough-hewn prisoners who made it to shore, a new world awaited.

As pioneers in a frontier penal colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick.

This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built.” (19crimes.com)

BONUS:  If you download the 19 Crimes app, the criminal displayed on the bottle will tell you about his crime!

$7-$15

BeautyCounter

I got a box of Beauty Counter goodies as a gift and now I’m addicted to the skin care/make up brand. The company is cruelty-free and proud to use only safe ingredients in their products (their NeverList shows chemicals that they do not use, but are often found in other brand’s products).

My favorite products are:

♥ Facial Oils $69 (I swear by them, especially for the harsh winter weather)
♥ Rejuvenating Toner Pads $45
♥ Peppermint Lip Conditioner $22
♥ Tint Skin Hydrating Foundation $42
♥ Countermatch Recovery Sleeping Cream $55

Those notebooks are great! But I am so excited to see the 19 Crimes wine on your list. A friend just shared a video today of one of the criminals talking and I thought it was the coolest thing. Do you buy it in stores or just online?

I only buy it in grocery stores. I might add, In my wine buying adventures, I’ve found that different grocery stores carry different kinds of 19 Crimes so be sure to look around if you want to try a new one!
